11. Pressings, availability and dating

  • Goods are made to the harvest calendar published on this site. Four months of the year produce nothing, and in those months orders are filled from what is in store or declined.
  • NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. does not accept payment against a pressing that has not yet happened. Where store is exhausted we say so and take no money.
  • Every bottle carries both a pressing date and a bottling date, and the best-before is counted from pressing. A lot is sold out rather than topped up from another pressing.
  • Prices follow the yield of the pressing the goods came from, so they move between seasons. A change applies from the day the new lot is offered and never backwards to an order already placed.
  • If a lot is withdrawn, we contact the people who received it from the traceability record, refund in full, and do not require it to be sent back first.
  • Nothing in these conditions limits the rights you have under the law of your own state. Where the two differ, whichever is better for you applies.
