Three ways off, all of them at once
No reason is asked for and none is needed. Coming off the list changes nothing about prices, orders or returns.
- Send STOP in reply. The quickest, and the carriers act on it themselves. Send HELP instead and our details come back.
- Use the form beside this. The number is marked off the moment it is submitted.
- Write to contact@naturalhealingoils.com with the number and we do it during Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm Eastern.

What coming off does not change
- Prices. There has never been a rate that depended on taking messages.
- Orders. Anything already placed ships as before, with email updates as before.
- Returns. The 45-day window is unaffected.
- The calendar. It stays published here for anyone to read, list or no list.
Coming back
Removal is not meant to be permanent. Add the number again from the front page or the write to us page and the record starts again with a fresh consent date. We will not do it for you, and an old consent is not treated as still standing.
