Four seasons of work, four months of nothing, and prices that follow the yield rather than the month. This page is the detail behind the twelve cells on the front page.
Everything here is a dietary supplement for adults. None of it is medicine and none of it is offered as a treatment for anything.
Ordering in an empty month
You can order at any time. In a month with no pressing, the order is filled from what is in store and the bottle carries its real pressing date, which may be several months old.
If the store is out, we say so and do not take the money. We will not take an order against a pressing that has not happened yet.

- Flower is the one to watch. It has the shortest season and the shortest life, and in a hot year the second pass does not happen at all.
- Seed keeps best. If you want something to sit in a cupboard for a year, order in autumn.
- Nothing is topped up. A lot runs out rather than being extended with material from another pressing.
Prices
What a bottle costs
Prices follow the yield of the pressing they came from. A thin flower year costs more than a heavy seed year, and we would rather explain that than hold one price and quietly change what is in the bottle.

- One purchase at a time. Nothing recurs, no card is held for later, nothing to cancel.
- 45 days to send it back from delivery, opened or unopened, with no restocking charge.
- One price for everybody. No tier, no members' rate, no list held back for people who ask twice.
Ordering
How an order is taken and sent
Orders are taken in writing at contact@naturalhealingoils.com during Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm Eastern. Name the oil and the size, and we reply with the pressing date of the lot in store, the oxidation figure it tested at, and the total including carriage before anything is charged.
We do this in writing because the pressing date is the thing worth knowing, and it changes month to month. A checkout button cannot tell you which lot you are about to receive; a two-line email can.
The card is charged once for that order and is not kept. Confirmation goes out by email at once, and the tracking number follows by email when the carrier collects. Order updates are never sent by text.

Add a business day for bottling and packing. Carriers do not count weekends or public holidays, and neither do we when quoting those figures. They are the carrier's usual performance rather than a promise we can make for it.
Safety
Suggested use
Follow the suggested use printed on the bottle you have. Where the bottle and this page disagree, the bottle is right and the page is a mistake we would like told about.
- Adults 18 and over. Nothing in the range is meant for children.
- Do not exceed the suggested use. A pressed oil is not improved by taking more of it.
- Put the question to a qualified healthcare professional before you begin, above all if you are on prescription medication, managing a condition, pregnant or nursing.
- Stop and seek advice if anything about it disagrees with you.
- Keep it cool, keep it dark, and mind the best-before. Oils are the one category where that genuinely matters.
