A press is a simple machine. Nearly all of the difference between one bottle and another was settled in a field, months before anybody switched it on.
NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. buys whole plant material from named growers and presses it itself at 548 Broadhollow Road, Melville, NY 11747. We do not buy finished oil from brokers and relabel it, which is the ordinary arrangement in this trade and the reason so many bottles cannot tell you where they came from.

Growers
What a grower has to agree to
Five conditions. A grower who will not sign up to them does not get a contract, whatever the price looks like.

Growers are named on request. Write to contact@naturalhealingoils.com with a lot number and we will tell you whose crop it was.
Tracing
From a bottle back to a field
Every pressing run is recorded against the delivery it consumed and the lot it produced, so the chain can be walked in either direction.
- Backwards. A lot number on a label gives the pressing date, the operator, the release tests, the delivery and the grower.
- Forwards. A grower's delivery gives every lot it became and every order those lots went out on.
- Retention. A sample of each pressing is kept for the shelf life plus a year, so a question asked later can be answered from the oil rather than from the file.
- Withdrawal. If a lot has to come back, we contact the people who received it using that record and refund in full without asking for it to be returned first.

Send the lot number from any bottle to contact@naturalhealingoils.com and you get the pressing date, the grower, the oxidation figure at release and the test results. No account, no form, no charge.
Correspondence
Who reads what you write
A small number of people at the Melville premises, working Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm Eastern, reachable at contact@naturalhealingoils.com. That inbox is the only channel: no outsourced call centre, no third-party chat widget, no social media account fielding questions about orders it cannot see.
Written suits this business. Nearly every question is about a lot, a date or a figure, and those are things you want in a form you can keep.
- Can name the grower, the pressing date and the test results for any lot.
- Can tell you what is in store this week and how old it is.
- Can start a return or a replacement the same working day.
- Can take a number off the text list at once, no reason needed.
- Cannot advise on use, dose or interaction. Nobody here is your clinician, and the instruction is to say so rather than improvise.
Data
What happens to your details
The short of it is here; the Privacy notice is what binds us.
- Personal information is not offered for sale. Not to brokers, not to other houses, at any figure.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent sit outside every other kind of sharing in the notice.
- Card details are not kept beyond the charge they were given for.
- Lot records are kept against shipments, because the tracing described above depends on them.
- You may ask what is held and have it deleted by writing to contact@naturalhealingoils.com.
