What to put in the letter
None of this is required. Each line just saves a reply.
- The lot number from the label, if the question is about the oil itself. It opens the whole record in one lookup.
- Your order number, or the delivery address if it is lost. Either will find it.
- What you would like to happen. A return started, a pressing date confirmed, a grower named, a replacement sent.
- A photograph if a bottle arrived broken. It settles the carrier claim without another exchange.
- The mobile number if the question is about texts, so we act on the right record.
